These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from DAREPOUCH OÜ.

5. Orders & Shipping
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. Delivery times may vary. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email contact@outdare.co.
7. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
Our products are available through monthly subscription plans managed via Recharge.
By subscribing:
Your payment method will be automatically charged at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel.
You will receive a confirmation email with subscription details.
A pre-billing reminder will be sent before each recurring charge.
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription anytime by logging into your account at outdare.co or contacting support@outdare.co.
Cancellations take effect immediately. You will not be charged for future orders after cancellation. No refunds will be issued for charges already processed.
Subscription prices may change with prior notice.
If your payment method is declined, you will be notified by email and invited to update your payment details.
8. Limitation of Liability
OUT DARE is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our website or products.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the latest version.
10. Governing Law
Any agreements entered into under these terms and conditions are governed by the law of Estonia.
Any disputes arising in connection with your purchase from DAREPOUCH OÜ will be resolved by the courts in Estonia.
